1. Who We Are

BurningBridge (aiburningbridge.com) is an AI video tool that turns one photo into a short party-scene video. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use it and what we do with it. Contact: support@aiburningbridge.com.

2. What We Collect

1. Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload — the single photo you use to create a video.
3. Videos you generate — the resulting video files and their settings (template, format, length).
4. Payment data — our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card and billing details. We receive the order amount, status and a transaction reference, never your full card number.
5. Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and basic analytics.

3. How We Use It

• To create your videos and show them in your account.
• To manage credits, payments and refunds.
• To prevent abuse, such as payment fraud or uploads that break our Terms of Service.
• To answer support requests.
• To understand overall usage and improve the Service, using aggregated data.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

4. AI Providers and Other Processors

To generate a video, your photo is sent to a third-party AI video model provider, which processes it only to produce your video. We also rely on:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and file storage;
• Google — sign-in and, if enabled, Google Analytics;
• Stripe — payment processing.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Some are located outside your country, including in the United States.

5. How Long We Keep Data

• Uploaded photos are kept for up to 30 days so you can regenerate with the same photo, then deleted.
• Generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can download them from My Creations. We recommend downloading anything you want to keep.
• Account and payment records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and private storage for uploads. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorised access.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. You can delete your account from your account settings, or email support@aiburningbridge.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of children must not be uploaded. If we learn that we hold such data, we delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
