Refund Policy

Summary

• Failed videos never cost you anything — the credits come back automatically.
• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

Failed Generations

Credits are reserved when you start a video. If the generation fails or is cancelled for a technical reason, those credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused Credit Packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable, except where required by law or in the cases below.

Videos That Didn't Turn Out

AI results vary. A completed video that you are unhappy with is not normally refundable, because the computing cost has already been paid to the AI provider. If a video is clearly broken — for example, the output is blank, frozen or the subject is missing — email us within 14 days with the video link and we will return the credits.

Promotional Credits

Promotional credits we grant for free have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aiburningbridge.com from the address on your account and include:

• your order number (from Settings → Payments, or your Stripe receipt);
• the date and amount charged;
• a short description of the issue.

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve the problem faster. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be closed.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply in your country and cannot be waived.
