Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BurningBridge at aiburningbridge.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

BurningBridge turns a single photo you upload into a short AI-generated video in a party-scene style inspired by the "Burning Bridges" social media trend. The scene, crowd and camera movement come from reference material that we generated ourselves with AI. Videos are created by third-party AI models; results vary and may contain visual errors.

BurningBridge is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the artist, their label or any rights holder of the original music video. The Service does not use footage or music from that video, and generated videos do not include any song.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly at support@aiburningbridge.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

One person may hold one account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Generating a video uses credits. The credit cost is shown on the Generate button before you start.
• Any promotional credits we grant are free, have no cash value and may expire.
• Paid credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change. Changes do not affect packs you have already bought.

5. Photos You Upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. Specifically, you may upload:

• photos of yourself;
• photos of other adults who have agreed to appear in your video;
• photos of your own pets;
• artwork or characters that you created or are licensed to use.

You must not upload:

• photos of children or anyone under 18;
• photos of celebrities, public figures or any person who has not given consent;
• nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images;
• images intended to harass, bully, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• images that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos you create.

6. Your Videos

Subject to these Terms and the terms of the AI model providers, you own the videos you generate and may share them, including on social media. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your uploads and videos only as needed to run the Service for you.

Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask creators to label AI-generated content. You agree to follow the rules of the platforms where you post.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not show them publicly without your permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• use the Service to create deceptive content presented as real footage of a real person;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or security measures;
• scrape, resell or automate access to the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service in a way that breaks any law.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We and our AI providers may automatically block uploads or generations that appear to break these Terms. We may remove content, withhold or remove credits obtained through abuse, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. To report misuse, email support@aiburningbridge.com with a description and, if possible, a link.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated results are unpredictable, and we do not promise that any video will match your expectations, be free of errors, or be suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BurningBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms. Unused paid credits on an account closed for breach are not refunded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
